That would be for UNDEVELOPED land proximal to producing acreage...scary to think what they would be getting if that acreage had a parent well on it with production and PUD's. That there is the BRK business model laid out in all it's glory.
Almost hoping the market doesn't wake up for a while let to allow for more accumulation
