According to the examples in the patent the Permetrex formulation is 68-69% isopropyl alcohol. This concentration of isopropyl is an excellent antibacterial agent [1].
I find it impossible to understand why BOT would think it a good idea to use a known antibacterial agent as their vehicle control?
