While I don't disagree with your sentiments regarding the way the company is dealing with this, what you're asking re showing CBD works without permetrex or permetrex like vehicle is impossible. You need something to get the CBD into the skin in the first place and there is evidence that permetrex does exactly that.
You're also ignoring the evidence on non-inflammatory lesions, which sit too deep for permetrex to effect.
