Not really surprised by this notice seeing as the same play was used last quarter. If this is going to be happening every quarter then thier market cap isn't really going to increase with the potential of the company due to potential investors getting pissed off.
I do agree that selling of shares is appropriate in certain situations and with modesty but selling over $400k twice this year is taking the piss.
