"The 1Mt to <100mt also had the benefit of not having large Glencore Mines on C&M, Century, Dugald River, Gamsberg etc all not online. They are all online now as seen in the zinc TCs and will be reflected in the zinc metal eventually"...
you claimed century wasn't producing whilst stockpiles fell from 1Mt downwards (maybe i misinterpreted your statement)... i simply pointed out that it was producing for a whole lot of it; LME stocks peaked in ~2012-2013, century kept producing for another 2-3 years right? during that time stockpiles drew down 400-500kt, then kept falling, and are still falling despite TC's inducing smelters to be going hammer and tong to print money...
where is the physical going? maybe demand is actually strong, the smelting activity will pull con through and the pressure on TC's will ease
