That point is a very important one when discussing the results, Vince explains that the problem is in the vehicle arm for the inflammatory lesions only @18.30 circa in the interview - that's where the alcohol from Permetrex has effect and not in the deeper dermis layer where the non-inflammatory lesions are and where statistical significance (separation from Permetrex) was achieved.
