I would find it difficult to believe that at this late stage, neither FAR or WPL do not have a good idea
(unofficially) of the outcome. WPL is just mentioned as an "experienced" operator.
Could also very well be that they already have agreed on certain deals pending outcome either way.
WPL has a lot riding on this. Can't see them willing to risk losing the improved value in SNE.
I think this is a good announcement and could be a prelude to the bigger picture. Of course we have the Qrtly tomorrow which could tell us a bit more as to what might have happened last few months.
