agree to some extent, but there are still some alarming issues facing the US, all not over yet. But if they do recover quickly (I'm actually expecting a rebound and rally next year in everything) then China will keep booming and sucking down resources and inflation will stay a concern. Oil will have upward pressure and you'd assume gold will go with it. The US was in good spirits from 2002-2007, and so was gold. Hopefully we revisit some good times as low US interest rates spur everything higher in the coming quarters.
This is a magnificent time to enter the market and have a balanced portfolio approach, great dividends and value are on offer.
