The manufacture is being done by Wuxi in China.
From the Operational Update -
"Efti Manufacturing
The company is also working on upscaling the manufacturing process from 200L to 2,000L single-use
bioreactors at the WuXi Biologics manufacturing plant (Wuxi, China) in order to be better prepared for
potential commercial manufacturing and additional registration trials in multiple indications."

Wuxi have previously been approved by FDA, EMA and Chinese regulatory bodies. Wuxi had a previous FDA inspection which resulted in a zero point Form 483, which is very impressive. Wuxi is the contract manufacturing organisation (CMO) for Efti.
