    it screwed over mum and dad investors and alienated those who bought after sarb was announced - sarb should have been granted back in december last year but there's been a lot of funny business going on - from then until now.... perhaps those shouting down those "complainers and whingers" might join them once cds goes into free fall to 14 cents...
