    From reading the details of the report, it's clear that the details of the $5M bridging loan are not included, and you are obscuring the facts. The loan can't be included here because it hasn't yet been approved by shareholders. If it is approved, that will obviously change the spending being undertaken - the details are included in the AGM notice
