Agree, and I'm not putting forward any sort of 'defence' of Emerge's seeming lack of communication on this subject. However, I'm wondering whether there might be commercial confidentiality clauses in the agreement which preclude EM1 from saying anything about the Viacom deal, other than what has already been said. I'm thinking that Emerge is going to carry/distribute the content, and manage the distribution of it, but the content, the timing of any launch, and promotional activities to kick it off, well, that's the public face of NickX, isn't it? That's not something for EM1 to be publicly commenting on, surely. It would be better, IMO, for Emerge shareholders, if the company just came out and cleared the air, if the above is the way it is; if it isn't, then we do need some reassurance that the arrangement is still on foot - the Quarterly would be the ideal place to set this straight.
