TER didnt issue shares to UNV. TER purchased the shares (1/2 cash 1/2 issue shares) from Coal Development Holding B.V (who owned 27% of UNV).
TER wont get the UNV dividend as it had a record date of 6 September 2019 (payment date of 5 December 2019).
