The thing that puzzles me is the possibility that - as the study proceeded in its 12 weeks duration - inflammatory lesions (pimples) count could have been reduced by way of preventing P.acne from colonising the closed comedones (the non-inflammatory lesions)....as lesions on participants are counted at the start of the trial, ......then the reduction in inflammatory lesions could therefore be attributed more to the CBD workings down in the dermis, where the non-inflammatory lesions are and less to the CBD acting on the epidermis.....

...mind boggling stuff...it is like if a drug stops cells mutation but the results is confused because then there'd be no mutation to measure...???.
