In my last post: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/41077197/ I tried to interpret how the Nordic bond is processed in a visual format, and how long it takes to process based on the PLS.ASX bond issue.

I was referred to the following document “Issuing Corporate Bonds in the Nordic capital market” that might be of some interest to anyone seeking more information about a Nordic Bond and how it is processed.

This document is extensive and covers a lot of ground. I am still reviewing allot of it and I would suggest if your keen on learning more about the a Nordic Bond note to buckle down and start reading this one.


Stepping back to my earlier image: 

In the document, I could find a more detail process of how the Bond note is issued. Though I am yet to come across the equity requirement of the bond note. I think at this point we are somewhere in the middle of this process.


Another document I've been referred to is the Nordic Trustee Bond Market Report 2018. This might be of some interest is one that outlines the calibre and efficiency of Parrots.

This document says that they have completed 29% of all high yield bond notes issued in 2018,
needless to say, that I feel we are in safe hands for the issue of the bond and confident this will be completed in the next 4 to 5 weeks. We could not be in better hands with finances, how far have we come from the days of Pattersons.
