    Marketinfo,
You state "for the record my personal opinion is that Kevin Rudd is the problem not the Labor party".

Methinks it is likely your personal problem is with Kevin Rudd because he is enjoying such outstanding support from the electorate as Prime Minister. I think that by focussing on Rudd who is highly supported, his Liberal detractors are making a mistake as attacking him can be construed as attacking their own decision that is supportive of him. Wont win votes that way. Some free advice to the Liberal Opposition is that at this stage better to focus on policy differences than on the person. Undermine the policies you undermine the leader and his team. Bit silly of me to give such sound advice without charge. The mob who are currently advising them on strategies seem to be doing a top job of keeping the Opposition unpopular.
