fast markets (metal bulletin) are predicting a turn in November when annual contracts are agreed and restocking begins for 2020, I'm hoping for a repeat of 2017, where the price in September was ~$12/b and by start of November it had fallen off a
cliff to ~ $6/b.. then a slow gradual climb back to the teens. patience and vanadium undies required I think.
