Sydney - Friday - August 15: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Kalgoorlie Boulder Resources (ASX:KAL) reports that the company has
entered into an agreement to acquire Matsa Resources for 80 million
shares and 20 million options at an exercise price of 7c.
The company will also make an underwritten 1 for 3 renounceable
rights issue to the extent of $3 million.
