    Don't know how they get away with it. Immediate placement of $200K at 3.2c. 1:5 consolidation mooted. Look at RASL - this not ethical IMO but this the nature of the micro market. This nature of corp. manouvering and free shares for the lads belong in mid 2006, not Spring 2008 IMO. Sympathies to holders.
