I'm with Mick. Any rally is likely to be sold down, so wishing for anns is probably pointless if it just lines the pockets of traders/others.
There are a number of small cap stocks that have been sold down to long term support like ADY. Refer to PEM, CXY, and SBM for example. It's hard to know if it's general market conditions, or negative sentiment in particular towards PT I suppose.
