Is there any incentive for these guys to borrow from the bank, with all the scrutiny that comes with it & security requirements, when they can simply do a CR? Yes it is better for shareholders if it was a bank loan, but sadly with these guys I don't think looking after shareholders interests is on their priority lists, just my personal observation. Remember having a great idea is one thing, and turning that idea into a profitable venture is a totally different beast altogether.
