I agree, the current shareprice just seems to good to be true (if you're a buyer that is). I'm not sure if there isn't a catch.
I don't think regulators would investigate the options issue, as though it's being abit dodgy with the shareholders it was done in a legit manner and limits the amount they can issue again in the near future. Options to the directors weren't issued as that would have broken the rules.
