Adent , no doubt years behind first timeframe expectation of development of disruptive global technology.
However , to many SHs chagrin , after first outdoor build , FBR did say they would continue testing through the winter months and have come out of winter starting pilots .I ghink there was an expectation by SHs that things would move much more quickly after first outdoor build
So you could argue FBR are keeping to stated timeframe this year , but not to SH expectation .
As you have previously said , it is now about the commercial model and revenue deals to get SP up.
