Thought it was simple explanation, manufacturer of the vehicle screwed up the formula for permetrex in America and hence the elevated vehicle result. Elevated vehicle result suggests they put in too much Isopropyl Alcohol. The active still works as we know from the other work they've done on gram +ve bacteria, just a manufacturing problem with the vehicle in the American phase 2's. Moving forward next step for BTX1503 capital raise and Phase 3's.
