CTP have used the term "net", this is post wireline-logs. Whilst drilling in the Purni, u'd encounter carb silt & coal so thats your gross section. Assuming that this interval is 628m (top at 1500 - 2128m), its hard to decipher the exact thickness.

U could use the drill breaks & gas breakdowns in tandem, but the wireline (sonics/gamma) makes the net interval stand out & hence the ann'mnt to the mkt about 160m Net.

Thanks for the info on GSG, will research them the sector looks well poised at the moment.
