Unless shareholders pursue management this will keep going on. It has to be something that ASIC pursues but you have to have shareholders who are relentless in making everyone follow the money until you find out whether there was any wrongdoing. To just write off the loss now wont stop this happening again. You can always sell your shares for a nominal amount to delisted to crystalise your loss but you only need to do that in June next year to get the write off. There is a lot of time to pursue those that may have the money before then.
