I am glad you will vote according to your needs (yes according does have 2 c's).
The company is trying to portray the fact that SLA will suffer if said scientists don't get compensated for their loss due to OP.
I believe this to be complete rubbish and hope that holders think about what ever gets put forward very carefully before they just do whatever the directors tell them to do.
You forgot to mention whether myself or Spicer got your vote ;)
