It seems people can't differentiate "cash" and "purchase order". It's ok if you got tricked once, but probably not again! The market is not that stupid and will believe in this crap again.
From Nov 2017, "MGC confirms receipt of its first formal purchase order from Varm Cosmo under their first $8m binding agreement"
Always purchase and supply order, but never have any substantial cash. That's the reality...
