Chinese Vanadium market is running at about 50% of approx 15000 tonnes of capacity at the moment. Looks like satisfying demand locally and minimal volume in the export market hence why the price is dropping.....vanadium pentoxide $7.50/pound.

Basically any news relating Chinese environmental production bans or plans to import bans of secondary producing vanadium sources into china is the only hope at the moment.
