Thanks fattchoi but @Rorbag was the driver ....so far I have barely looked at the actual report ...just at what you goodly people have been saying

However, speaking of that Amazon Web Service and it’s coverage, do you know if any mention ever been made of Africa and the Middle East fattchoi?

The cost of rollout vs potential income is likely to -initially at least- be a preventative, but the need is there .
    https://wyldementia.org/dementia-in...e-highlighting-the-current-and-future-burden/
In 2015, over 58% of all people with dementia were living in low and middle countries (also referred as developing countries), of whom 4.03 million were living in Africa (http://www.alz.co.uk/research/world-report-2015). The 2015 World Alzheimer Report highlighted increasing evidence of dementia in sub-Saharan Africa. Unfortunately, despite the magnitude of the situation, awareness about dementia remains low within the population and older people are rarely the target of specific health policies.”

....and all the above made me suddenly see how useful a version of Painchek would be in the hands of the Red Cross or Medecins sans Frontieres or Save The Children ....
In crisis situations it has potential to become an invaluable support .

I grow more attached with snippet of research and with every purchase
    Cheers
