If you check the ASX website it clearly states that they released the last quarterly report at 8.11am on 31st July 2019 which at least was at the start of the last day.
If its a positive report surely you would release it early and if its a bad report they should man up and not wait until after the market closes to release it.
When a company releases a quarterly report after the close of the last required day it gives the company a very bad look.
