Correct it doesn't mention quality. Just that Ganfeng has taken a huge hit to earnings. So PLS had issues with their plant. Ganfeng cannot afford to take on any extra costs so what choice did PLS have except to lift it's game and produce a better quality product for their major shareholder? Make of that what you will. I am not here to argue points. Reality is plain to see!
