it got me thinking. could this be a big plan for some sharehodler to get a bigger dhare of thr company via the dilution and get more control before selling the wholeshop. assuming no one willing to take up thr 4 cents offer.( i mean why would u if the share is at 3.8 cents). that person can then scoop up all thr rest of the shares. bam, they may hold more than 50 per cent of the conpany and then say they decide to sell the whole thing at say 8 cents. no one else wants to but that person can since they are a majority holder. just my conspiracy theory.
