after the opes prime loss of 10,000,000 GWR shares by fas they have put up another 9,000,000 GWR shares to gain $2,250,000 in financing.thats all well and good but apparently this happened back in may.but fas only decided to inform anyone in the quarterly report.
hence they recieved a "please explain" from the asx and u can read fas's response to that in their august 15th announcement.
im pretty sure they were in trouble for exactly the same thing in february so i fail to see how fas can plead ignorant.not very proffesional or transparent.
the sooner GWR get one or some PMM representation on the board of GWR the more comfortable i will feel.
