The SPP is a token for retail holders
Given the interest here it will be scaled back a fair bit .
I would say most will try to get their max allocation and remember when applying you pay up front for all you want . The company will then allocate the shares and refund after scale back .
I think it may be better to buy on market as close as you can to SPP price 23c rather than tying capital up just to be given back to you
