Well they will need over $6.83 million this quarter to be cash positive for the half year. Seems unlikely after $6.1 million last quarter. The only new contract they have announced recently was for 6 shopping centres worth an extra $100000 per quarter. Even if they announce more new contracts soon, they are unlikely to generate much extra cash this quarter.
The cost side will suffer as they have to pay the back workers compensation payments of $450000 in 10 equal instalments from September if early statements still apply. That increases costs, without raising revenue.
Qprofit I suspect you could not buy shares because people were hoping for a good quarterly. You should have no trouble buying shares now.
I stress that if they can get new orders interstate or by using the ISO in new sectors, then down the track things will turn around. They need more contracts and revenue to spread the overheads, but in the short term the outlook is not great. Good luck to holders, just do not expect a quick turn around.
Note I had a zero too many on the cash outflow last quarter!!
