The board from photos, and taking on SYA OZ tenements, spending time in Canada on SYA are acting in a very relaxed fashion.
This money is for continued exploration/ expansion not for debt repayment or leave it in the bank insurance all very bullish.
The only thing I could think is this an easier way for the big holders to accumulate than on market before announcing refinancing.
Is Shanshan forever registered in Hongkong perhaps its a way for them to get more.
I dont feel very clever atm it's more a guessing game.
It's hard to believe the whole board are having a manic delusional episode and in need of Li.
I think they know more than we do.
