Hi there Dogma. Well the next post from passive was more along the lines of how I am thinking. The baby boomers have so much tied up in SMSF that to release it given some tight controls may well be the same as large institutions providing competition in the affordable housing sector. Sure there are dangers but the government should focus on how this would all be best applied and controlled.
