    But previously the refinery was 10% owned by CVI and now it is 100%...

    I am only trying to analyse the refinery contribution....

    say $500M debt (avoid debt/equity estimate)...500M shares....

    NPAT falls to $66M pa...EPS falls to 13 cents....
