many penny shares have zero revinue ,most notably mining and biotech companies and are listed ,sho will have future earnings when its kitagaruda app beds down and recieves commission from ticket sales and also white label adverting ,asic looks into many criteria involved with companies ,also financial institutions when they lend money if companies can not show they are on the right path banks etc will not take the risk,just my opinion
