1. Cash loan from major shareholders
2. Offtake offers received with debt-equity funding but subject to deal completion
3. Working with ASX Perth on relisting
4. Non core asset sale....PCF capital working on divestment
5. And the big one....joint venture partners despite delay indicate the 'transaction is in good standing' and they committed to 'seeing this transaction finalised'
