Nope, takes a lot more water to produce almond milk than cow milk.
It takes seven years before almond trees reach peak production & 3 years to even produce nuts. Plus you can move cows from paddock to paddock & state to state where the water is, you can't do that with trees.
Same as people who harp on about tofu as a replacement for beef, they conveniently forget about the rainforest being cleared to produce soy beans!
