Due to the steep 1 for 5 entitlement, some large holders might not have the liquid cash to subscribe fully. So they might choose to arbitrage, by selling up to 20% of their holding at any price above 5.5c then buy them back with entitlement at 5.5c. In the end they have made a guaranteed profit with zero cash input!

On top of that, some institutional investors paying say 5.8c could dump on open at 6.2 for a quick profit.

So technically there could be a dip below 6.2c when trade halt is lifted. Wait for the SP to settle just above 5.5c, then it's a good time to load up more if you wish. Again, PYC is now a hot potato, who knows, SP might not dip at all. DYOR!
