Yep the previous was a false break, bull trap. This time it seems everything is lining up. A few overseas li stocks have broken out already. ETF still going strong above resistance. Chile protests and water issues seem likely to stick around for a while, might explain why the ETF is loading up and diversifying into aussie miners recently.
