Assuming they need cost of about 2.5mil manufacturing cost for a positive EBITDA quarter (so 3.8m revenue), that implies 0.83mil manufacturing cost in one month, you could have that quite easily in Nov. or Dec. this quarter considering they are to spend 1.7mil this quarter on manufacturing costs.

So I can see quite easily how positive EBITDA can be achieved sometime this quarter. That being said we are all just guessing exactly what payment terms they have, not much point

EBITDA ignores timing of payments. Revenue is recognised only when the product is sent out the door.
It also ignores when products were manufactured. COGS only recognised as an expense when product shipped out the door - until that moment it is an inventory asset.
