Yeah you may well be correct on the pad cost as I understand that they need to bring material into build the leases in the PB, unlike the Cooper they can just use clay
I did notice the size of the flare pit etc, everything seems to be grander, I guess this is because of tthe district and WA regulations/regulators
150-200k in the Cooper to build a lease so 1 million in the PB could be right.
One things for sure the more active the basin becomes then hopefully the services can reduce cost
Be interesting to find out what Beach paid
