Some of the quarterly reports coming out of the US for REITs are not too bad. Simon (the biggest) and Macerich both had softening vacancy rates (although interestingly Simons community centres had increased occupancy) but both had increase revenue due to rent increases. Centro's US report is overdue but due tomorrow - so not far away.
