following distantly the performance of some the US Reit's (though each with its own story)I feel we have reason to be cautiously optimistic.

Unfortunately though in Oz, sentiment is very much against us,
Ralph Norris's (CBA) recent prognostications about the duration of the sub-prime crisis, doesn't help....

Some of the anchor tenants in Centro's properties in the US have reported results (Wal-mart and Kohl) above analyst's estimates.... Can't be a bad thing.
