You are absolutely spot on, it is a joke the collective experience or lack there of,for those running things now.
Only credible CV was Mario’s, he takes a stand against this inept Board on behalf of shareholders and he is the one moved on. The request for an EGM , new Board, new CEO etc... all short term thinking and desperately hoping for a bounce. Bottom line share price still below level prior to announcement about Mario leaving.
Very long arduous road ahead for all of us.
