That's a good point. JBL is ineligible to vote on the remuneration resolution since it's controlled by Stuart McAuliffe. Going by the last substantial holder notice from JBL (https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20190418/pdf/444fj4522nbc2k.pdf) that's 46% of the total shares on issue excluded from voting, leaving the remaining 54% to participate in the vote. I think it's safe to say that the majority of that 54% will be held by ticked off shareholders such as ourselves.
